Our Heartbeat:
Christ. Healing. Purpose. Community.
Young Women With A Purpose exists to equip, empower, encourage, and disciple women as they discover who they are in Christ and become everything He has called them to be.
We believe transformation extends beyond inspiration. It happens when women are spiritually formed, emotionally supported, intentionally discipled, and surrounded by authentic community.
Everything we do is designed to help women encounter Christ, heal, grow, lead, and multiply their impact in the lives of others.
At our core, we are:
A Christ-centered ministry
Committed to helping women build an authentic relationship with Jesus through biblical teaching, prayer, worship, and discipleship.A place of healing and restoration
Creating safe spaces where women can experience emotional healing, receive support, and access holistic resources through intentional programming and trusted partnerships.A discipleship community
Helping women grow in biblical literacy, spiritual maturity, and confidence in their God-given identity.A leadership movement
Equipping women to discover purpose, develop their gifts, and lead with wisdom, excellence, and compassion in every sphere of influence.A sisterhood
Cultivating meaningful relationships rooted in encouragement, accountability, prayer, and genuine community.
More than an organization, Young Women With A Purpose is a place where women are seen, supported, equipped, and sent into the world to make a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.
Meet the Founder
Belema-Ruth — Founder of Young Women With A Purpose
Belema-Ruth is a speaker, writer, advocate, and visionary leader with a deep passion for seeing women walk boldly in their God-given identity and purpose. She is the founder of Young Women With A Purpose, a faith-based movement birthed in 2018 in Houston, Texas, from her desire to create a space where women are empowered, uplifted, and equipped through the truth of Scripture.
With a wide range of ministry experience and a heart for advocacy, Belema-Ruth is especially passionate about being a voice for the voiceless—encouraging women to rise from silence, shame, or struggle and step into the fullness of who God has called them to be. Her personal journey through healing, hardship, and spiritual growth fuels her message: that vulnerability is not weakness, but sacred ground for transformation.
Through her leadership, Young Women With A Purpose has become more than a community—it's a movement rooted in biblical truth, spiritual formation, and authentic sisterhood. Belema-Ruth is committed to cultivating spaces where women can grow in faith, discover strength in their stories, and lead lives of impact and purpose.
Whether through teaching, writing, or mentoring, her heart remains the same: to empower, encourage, and support women to become all that God created them to be.
"Let’s rise together—stronger, bolder, and deeply rooted in Christ."
Mission & Vision
Mission Statement:
To equip, empower, encourage, and disciple women through Christ-centered mentorship, spiritual formation, emotional healing, leadership development, and authentic community, so they are rooted in Christ, confident in their identity, and equipped to positively impact their families, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Vision:
To see generations of women and girls who know who they are in Christ, experience holistic healing, walk confidently in their God-given purpose, and become catalysts for transformation in their families, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Core Values:
Christ-Centered Identity
Everything begins with knowing who we are in Christ. Our identity is not defined by culture, achievement, or circumstance, but by God's truth.
Spiritual Formation
We are committed to cultivating lifelong disciples through biblical teaching, prayer, worship, and intentional spiritual growth.
Healing & Restoration
We believe God desires to bring healing to every area of life. We foster spaces where women can pursue emotional, relational, and spiritual wholeness through Christ and trusted community.
Authentic Community
Transformation flourishes in healthy relationships. We cultivate environments where women are known, encouraged, challenged, and supported.
Leadership & Purpose
Every woman has gifts and influence. We equip women to discover their purpose and lead with humility, excellence, and courage.
Service & Multiplication
As women grow, they are called to invest in others. We believe every transformed life has the potential to strengthen families, disciple future generations, and transform communities.
